膜通道与肾脏药理学研究室
膜通道与肾脏药理学研究室为近年来我系从美国加州大学旧金山分校(UCSF)引进杨宝学教授后,于2008年9月新建成的,现有教授1名、讲师2名、学生4名(在读博士生3人,创新人才计划1人)。该研究室主要以膜通道蛋白为靶点进行机制研究并开发新药物。主要的研究方向包括:
1. 多囊肾发病机制探讨和治疗药物研发;
2. 尿浓缩机制研究和利尿剂研发;
3. 尿素通道蛋白的分子生物学和生理学研究
